It is made of stainless steel 304#. The design meets export standard. Our shrimp grading machine consists of 4 parts: 1st class conveyor, 2^nd class conveyor, grading machine, and grading conveyor.

The shrimps are fed to the 1^st class conveyor and then conveyed to the 2^nd class conveyor with guard plate (height: 8mm). The shrimps are evely spred on the conveyor and entered into plastic steel made rolling drum which distance adjustment with high accuracy in each section. The shrimps are sorted that the head up and tail down and then output after 5 sets of conveyors.

1. Fish: squid,saury, blue catfish

2. Shrimp: South American white shrimp, crayfish

3. Shellfish: musshel, clam, conch

4. Others: eel, huangshan,loach

1. It is made of stainless steel 304#.

2. The distance adjustment of grading drum adopts synchronized distance adjustment.

3. The grading drum rotation adopts frequency convert for speed.

4. The grading specification is 4-6 grades. The grades can be adjustable.
